Customer information should stay limited, useful, and protected.

Effective launch version: May 31, 2026. This notice describes the website as built. B & T Tire should update it if analytics, booking software, CRM tools, payment processors, or advertising pixels are added.

Information Customers Provide

The request form may include name, phone, email, vehicle details, tire size, location, photos, urgency, and notes. The form creates a message for the customer to send by phone, SMS, email, or another chosen method.

Local Browser Storage

The payment setup portal saves payment links and handles in the current browser using localStorage. This is intended for business setup convenience and can be reset from the payment portal.

No Card Storage

This static website does not collect, process, transmit, or store credit-card numbers. Card, wallet, PayPal, Venmo, and Cash App payments should be handled by the selected payment provider.

California Privacy

California privacy rules can apply depending on business size, data practices, vendors, and advertising use. B & T Tire should confirm whether CCPA/CPRA obligations apply before adding tracking, remarketing, automated chat, or third-party booking systems.

How Information Is Used

Customer information should be used to respond to service requests, estimate work, dispatch roadside help, send receipts, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and improve customer service.

Customer Choices

Customers can call instead of using the form, choose what details to send, request corrections, and ask B & T Tire about deletion or access where applicable law requires it.
