Roadside Dispatch

Dispatch depends on technician availability, service distance, road conditions, weather, safety, inventory, equipment needs, and customer authorization. Customers should move to a safe location when possible and follow law-enforcement or roadside-assistance instructions.

Estimates and Authorization

Online package prices are starting estimates or deposits only. Final pricing should be confirmed before work begins and updated if the service scope changes. California auto-repair rules commonly require clear estimates, customer authorization, additional authorization for changed work, and a final invoice.

Invoices and Records

Final invoices should identify the business, customer, vehicle, work performed, parts supplied, fees, taxes, totals, payment method, and roadside service location. B & T Tire should maintain records according to applicable California automotive repair and tax rules.

Parts, Tires, and Tire Fee

Tire availability is not guaranteed until confirmed. If new tires are sold for use in California, the California Tire Fee may apply and should be separately stated on receipts when required. Retreaded, reused, or recycled tires are treated differently under CDTFA guidance.

Payment Terms

Payment options may include PayPal, Venmo, card checkout, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Cash App, cash, or on-site payment after setup by the business. The site stores only public payment links or handles in the local browser during setup and does not store payment card numbers.

Refunds and Cancellations

Deposits, callout fees, sourced tire charges, and completed labor may be nonrefundable once dispatch, purchasing, or service begins. Any refund or cancellation should be confirmed directly with B & T Tire based on the actual work performed and costs incurred.

Warranties and Limitations

Repairability depends on tire condition, damage location, tread condition, previous repairs, wheel condition, load, and safety standards. B & T Tire should publish exact warranty terms only after confirming its approved business policy.

California Compliance Checklist

• Confirm whether BAR automotive repair dealer registration is required for each offered service.
• Use written or electronic estimates and obtain customer authorization before work.
• Obtain additional authorization before additional labor, parts, or fees are added.
• Provide final invoices with required business, vehicle, service, parts, fee, and tax details.
• Separate California Tire Fee when required for new tire sales.
• Keep records for the required retention period.
• Confirm seller permit, tire-fee account, insurance, local business license, and mobile service requirements.
